المستخلص

Anaerobic training depends on anaerobic energy production, creating harmony in muscle work and reducing non-working muscle activity. The research aims to design an anaerobic power exercise program and examine its effects on motor balance and the digital level of triple jumpers. According to the research nature and objectives, the researcher will use the experimental method with pre - and post-measurements for one group. The research community consists of 12 triple jumpers aged 16–18 in track and field games at the Girls' Sports School in Minya Governorate. Six players were selected intentionally for the study, and six others for exploratory purposes. Tests include motor balance and digital level measurement tests. The researcher calculated validity and reliability for the tests. Results show a positive effect of the program, with statistically significant differences favoring post-measurements in physical and digital level tests. The researcher recommends more studies on anaerobic power programs for strength competitions.
