The research aims to identify the effect of a training program using total body resistance training T.R.X on some of the physical variables of the water polo goalkeeper, and the experimental method was used to design one group by conducting pre- and post-measurement for it to suit the nature of the research, the research community included water polo players in the city youth center. A, which numbered (48) players, the researchers chose (5) individuals for the basic sample and (12) individuals for the exploratory sample, The most important results were the following: The training program using total body resistance training T.R.X has a positive effect in improving the physical variables outside the water Transitional speed - explosive force - explosive force - endurance force - endurance speed) and inside the water (maximum speed - endurance speed - agility - Respiratory periodic endurance) among the water polo guards under study, where the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in favor of the dimensional measurement of the sample under research.
