The Effect of Using Qualitative Exercises on the Digital Level of Hijacking
The study aimed to design a proposed training programme using qualitative exercises and digital impact knowledge for the hijacking quad, using the experimental method of pre and post measurement of the control and experimental groups, on the search sample in a deliberate manner and its size (16) Sixteen players from the quad of the weight of the Faculty of Sports Education and the team of the University of Minya were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other control of their respective strength (8) Players, ranging in age from (18: 23 years old, data collection tools were expert survey form, physical tests and digital level of weightlifting competition, One of the most important results was that the qualitative exercise programme showed a positive impact on physical variables (Maximum and Constant Force - Maximum Moving Force - Force Bearing - Balance) The qualitative exercise program has shown a positive impact on the improvement of the digital level of two quads programme ", the pilot group to which the qualitative exercise programme was applied outperformed the control group in the variables in research, The rates of improvement in muscular and neurological compatibility components varied in the effectiveness of the combined skill performance of the two groups. The rates of improvement were better in the experimental group.
